SERVICING
Be your car brand new or 100 years old, servicing is key to reliability and smooth daily operation. We are able to service all modern cars (including DSG gearboxes) to factory specification.
For classics, we have a large source of original and factory manuals for pre and post-war vehicles from a large selection of marques. In most cases are able to replicate the required service items. If original parts cannot be replicated we recommend adapting old hardware to commonly available modern service items.
ENGINE BUILDING
Be it a brand new turbo-charged high VE engine or a 1930's Coventry Climax, we have the skills and tooling to rebuild, maintain, and blueprint all engines, road or race, to extremely high tolerences.
In house operations include: Bore & hone, line-boring, head/block skimming, porting, valve & seat cutting, supercharging and turbocharging, crank & block modification, e.t.c.
CUSTOM MACHINING
From bronze bushings to bearing cases rated for 1000+shaft horse power: Hubs, axles, diff/gearboxes, carriers, suspension components, load & speed bearing components, e.t.c.
Be it for racing aplications or simply to replace obsolete items from long defunct manufacturers; we are able to provide high quality machined components of superior qualities and tolerances than the originals.
